i'm working with a buyer in advance, of a property coming on the
market. My vast amount of time spent on prospecting is designed to help find that specific property your looking for.
Real Estate is a very creative industry, and creativity needs to come into each situation. Motivations vary and I respect that. Also i pay close attention to follow clients instructions. I apply professional advice, and action accordingly. I have 20 years experience of selling real estate. I work in residential, some commerical and also development property. I
am very diverse and my systems in place for success are very unique

is unique to deilver dynamic results. I network with specific realtors in the
Okanagan, the lower mainland, and throughout BC
